Enterprise Account Executive

Are you a driven and experienced Account Executive with a passion for closing deals and a knack for building lasting relationships with enterprise clients? Do you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy managing the entire customer journey from initial contact to closed-won deals and beyond? If so, NineID is looking for you! We're seeking a full-stack Account Executive to join our growing team and drive our enterprise sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

As a full-stack Account Executive at NineID, you will own the entire sales cycle for enterprise clients, from lead generation to closing deals and ongoing account management. This includes:

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential enterprise clients through various channels, including networking, online research, and industry events.
  • Needs Analysis and Solution Development: Understanding client needs and pain points, and tailoring NineID's solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations to key decision-makers.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Creating and negotiating proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
  • Closing Deals: Closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Account Management & Expansion: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, driving renewals, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and expanding the use of NineID solutions within their organizations.
  • Market Intelligence: Staying up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with operations, customer success, R&D, and sales teams to ensure client success, contribute to product development, and align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Skills & Competencies

  • Requirements
    • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the software or security industry.
    • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including outbound prospecting and responding to RFPs.
    • Strong understanding of enterprise sales processes and methodologies, including outbound sales strategies and RFP responses.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
    • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
    • Fluency in English (and German/French/Dutch is a plus).
    • Willingness to attend industry conferences and events to network with potential clients and partners.
  • Additional Assets
    • Experience selling SaaS solutions.
    • Knowledge of access management, identity verification, or cybersecurity.
    • Existing network of contacts in relevant industries, particularly chemical, manufacturing & F&B.
    • Experience working in a startup environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
    • Passion for technology and innovation.
