We're seeking a Growth Marketeer to join our growing team and significantly impact our lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
As a Growth Marketeer at NineID, you will be responsible for developing and executing inbound marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for our sales team, with a strong focus on the Chemical, Manufacturing, and F&B industries. This includes:
- Inbound Strategy Development: Creating and implementing comprehensive inbound marketing strategies, with a primary focus on lead generation, including content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Developing and implementing high-impact lead generation campaigns as the core function, including lead magnets, forms, and landing pages optimized for conversions. Creating and managing lead nurturing workflows to move prospects efficiently through the sales funnel.
- Content Creation: Producing targeted and engaging content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars, infographics, videos) tailored to the specific needs and interests of our target audience in the Chemical, Manufacturing, and F&B sectors, primarily to support lead generation efforts.
- SEO Optimization: Optimizing website content and landing pages for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive targeted traffic, with a focus on keywords related to lead generation.
- Social Media Management: Managing and growing our social media presence, engaging with followers, and running targeted advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.
- Email Marketing: Creating and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote content, and drive conversions, with a strong emphasis on lead nurturing and qualification.
- Paid Advertising: Managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn to drive targeted traffic and generate high-quality leads.
- Analytics & Reporting: Tracking and analyzing key marketing metrics (website traffic, leads, conversions, ROI) and providing regular reports on campaign performance, with a focus on lead generation metrics. Identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Market Research: Conducting market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for lead generation growth within the Chemical, Manufacturing, and F&B industries.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals, especially lead generation targets. In particular, as both members of the Revenue team, you will partner closely with the Account Executives (AEs) to ensure a seamless flow of qualified leads and to maximize conversion rates. This includes:
- Regular meetings with AEs to discuss lead quality, campaign performance, and upcoming initiatives.
- Sharing insights and feedback on target audiences and lead generation strategies.
- Jointly developing and executing account-based marketing campaigns.
- Working together to personalize outreach and messaging to key prospects.
- Sharing best practices and learnings to continuously improve lead generation and sales effectiveness.
Skills & Competencies
- Requirements
- Proven track record of success in inbound marketing and lead generation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional Assets
- Experience marketing to the Chemical, Manufacturing, and F&B industries.
- Knowledge of access management, identity verification, or cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Fluency in Dutch or French is a plus.
