Product Manager

You will be the voice of the customer, deeply understanding their needs and translating them into innovative product solutions. This role will be pivotal in driving our product vision forward, working closely with our engineering team to deliver exceptional value to our enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and champion the product vision and strategy: Develop a deep understanding of our target market, identify key customer needs, and translate them into a compelling product vision and roadmap.
• Lead product discovery and validation: Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user interviews to identify opportunities and validate product ideas. Collaborate with sales and customer success to gather feedback and insights.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog: Define, prioritize, and maintain a well-groomed product backlog, ensuring alignment with the overall product strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with engineering: Work hand-in-hand with the engineering team throughout the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. Clearly communicate requirements, provide guidance, and ensure that the team is building the right product.
• Drive product execution: Oversee the execution of the product roadmap, working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, customer success) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product adoption.
• Analyze product performance: Monitor key product metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for improvement. Use data to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Be the voice of the customer: Act as the primary point of contact for customer feedback, ensuring that customer needs are understood and incorporated into the product roadmap.

Skills & Competencies

• Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of product management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Lean).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise requirements.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to product management.
  • Experience in or familiarity with the Chemical, Manufacturing, or F&B industries is a strong plus.
• Additional Assets:
  • Experience with identity management or security software.
  • Knowledge of industrial automation or related technologies.
  • Experience with enterprise customers.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
